Shipping Policy

All confirmed orders will be arranged for formal processing within 1 to 3 working days after successful payment settlement. During order processing, our team will complete product inspection, sorting and packing work strictly to ensure all goods are intact before delivery.

After goods are dispatched from our warehouse, customers can receive their ordered items within an estimated delivery period of 6 to 12 days. The whole delivery cycle applies to all valid orders, and there is no additional accelerated delivery service for the time being.

We provide free shipping service covering all available shopping regions, and customers do not need to pay any extra freight fees when placing orders. All shipping related expenses are fully borne by our platform, bringing more favorable shopping experience to every customer.

Once the goods are shipped out, relevant delivery progress information will be updated in time for customers to check logistics status conveniently.
