Refund Policy

All purchased goods support free return application within 60 days after customers successfully receive the packages. Customers who have purchase dissatisfaction or do not match personal usage demands can initiate return procedures within the specified valid period.

We provide full free return service for eligible returned goods, customers do not need to bear any return shipping fees and other extra related expenses during the whole return process.

After we successfully receive and complete inspection on returned intact goods, the official refund procedure will be launched immediately. Normally, all refund funds will be returned to the original customer payment account within 5 to 10 working days.

All applied returned products must keep original intact status, including complete original packaging, unused appearance and complete attached accessories. Goods with man-made damage, obvious use traces and missing accessories will not pass return inspection.

Goods damaged due to personal improper use, private modification and artificial destruction are not within the scope of free return and refund. Custom altered products and special discounted clearance goods also do not support unconditional return application.

The final refund amount shall be subject to the actual payment amount of customers when placing orders. All platform preferential discounts and activity deductions will be calculated in accordance with actual transaction rules during fund refund.
